Best Holiday Gift Idea Ever!
Arlington Heights, IL – Wednesday, November 28, 2012. Incredible as it may seem, but we have upgraded the ICU Paperless Digital Camera. The new model is called the “ICU Motion Digital Camera™” (international patents pending). Anyone who has purchased any earlier version ICU camera is eligible for a free trade-in upgrade.
Unlike our original still model, the ICU Motion captures super-ultra-HD live video, limited only by the resolving power of the human eye. This is amazing technology, developed in conjunction with NASA and JPL. It features what we call our exclusive “Neuronal IRis Detection,” or “NIRD,” sensor. It works equally well for anyone who sees unaided or who wears corrective lenses (a version designed for tinted-lens users is expected to be available in the first quarter of 2013).
In fact, NASA has already licensed the technology for use on the first manned mission to Mars for a live visual feed. This way, the entire world will witness firsthand what the astronauts experience.
Benefits of the New ICU Motion Digital Camera™
This is the most user-friendly video/motion camera on the planet. If you thought that our ICU cameras were easy to use, get a hold of this one. (Actually, we are providing each recipient of this release with their very own ICU Motion Digital Camera™!)
Customers have been asking for a camera that was fully automatic and that operated transparently, with absolutely no user involvement. Well, now all you have to do is just open your eyes, look out at the world – and begin recording. It’s that simple! Right- and left-handers will be equally at home with it.
As with our earlier ICU model, this new camera resists wear, dust, dirt, moisture, and water. In fact, if any dust or dirt gets on the lens, just wash with a little water – then dab dry, and it’s good to go. The camera body itself is made of natural materials that self-replenish with time. However, this too may be rinsed clean with a little soap and water. We do not recommend extended use underwater without the necessary scuba gear and mask or goggles.
The ICU Paperless Digital Camera™ was the result of millions of years of evolution. We’re surprised no one thought of it sooner. In fact, it’s so easy to use that even a monkey can use it. The new camera is the next evolutionary step.
How It Works
Our patented ICU technology works essentially the same way with this camera, with some modifications (hence the reason for new patent applications). You take the thumb and middle finger of the same hand, and bring them together until they touch. One modification involves what we previously termed our patented “Digital Dynamic Aperture,” or “DDA.” The new camera now incorporates our exclusive “Digitally Activated Memory Neuron,” or “DAMN” technology. The captured images stay with you for a lifetime.* (*A blow to the head may cause data to be corrupted.)
Aside from this new development, this ICU camera operates as before. You take the thumb and middle finger of the same hand, and bring them together until they touch, thereby forming a variable iris. Hold the camera to your eye or at arm’s length. Have problems seeing over people’s heads? No more. Just raise the ICU Motion Digital Camera™ over your head. Want to take a picture without being seen? Just stand out of sight while you maneuver the ICU Motion Digital Camera™ into position. Imagine all the priceless expressions and fleeting moments you can capture! To help prevent stray light from creating glare and flare, you can wrap the remaining three digits around to form our patented combination Eye+Lens Shade. (Variations on this technology, employing the index finger, fourth finger, and pinky, in place of the middle finger, are under development.)
Our ICU Motion Digital Camera™ operates at all light levels, even in near total darkness or in blinding sunlight. If you can see it, you can capture the moving image. And these are images that will move you and everyone you share them with.
There are no special pouches or camera bags required. When you’re done taking pictures, just put the ICU Motion Digital Camera™ away in any pocket, or let it hang freely. No tether or neckstrap needed. It’s available immediately for use upon retrieval, or the moment you bring it up to your eye. Unlike other cameras, which require manual activation, the ICU Motion Digital Camera™ is ready any time, all the time--no activation required. Owing to patented technology, we were able to design this camera with our exclusive and newly improved “ICU Start Smart” feature, which brings the camera to life the moment it senses movement – but it only begins to record when the action is something that really grabs your eye.
And as with our previous cameras, image capture is once again relegated to internal memory -- in your brain. You don’t have to be hit over the head to see the sense in this approach.* (*Again, a blow to the head may cause data to be corrupted.)
And as with our previous models, no batteries required. (We do not recommend excessive use of coffee or strong stimulants, as they may induce camera shake.)
The ICU Motion Digital Camera™ is available immediately worldwide, even in zoos, at a cost of $4.99 per camera (no shipping & handling charge). Sorry, a limit of two per customer. As mentioned, owners of existing ICU cameras can get a free upgrade by simply returning the early model with a copy of your sales receipt (shipping and handling charges apply).
The Paper Camera Company of America Ltd. holds all patents, trademarks, and copyrights in the ICU Camera, all its iterations and variations and any associated software and documentation, and use of the word “ICU” in the branding and logo, including the new ICU Motion Digital Camera™ and variations thereof. The company is headquartered in the Cayman Islands and can be effortlessly reached by carrier pigeon. Business hours are 9 minutes to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, except on national holidays, religious holidays, or when the trade winds blow in the wrong direction.
